In April 2004 we will complete the Natal Exchange when three likely types go forth to South Africa, this having hosted the Natal Referees during late October/November.
At about the same time, three others will be invited to take part in a bi-annual exchange with the Potomac Referees to officiate at their Cherry Blossom Festival. (see Refsoc Stop Press in last issue)
On or about October 2003, another three will be invite to visit Connacht in Ireland for a weekend to officiate. Refsoc understands that this will be a lower level exchange so all those at the lower levels who wish to take part should get to the meetings and other events to prove they have the wish to help the Society and be rewarded for their effort.
In addition to these "International" Exchanges we shall also be sending referees to and receiving referees from, Yorkshire, Furness, West Midlands, East Midlands, Cumbria, Liverpool, Northumberland, Manchester and the Borders. To those who "have whistle will travel" good luck and enjoy the experience.
